Yvonne Hinkkanen, 80, of The Villages, Florida, passed away peacefully at home on July 5, 2025.
She was born on November 21, 1944, to the late Robert and Mollie Austin. Yvonne lived a full and meaningful life, shaped by her Jewish faith and deep devotion to her family and loved ones.
On February 16, 1984, she married Darrell Hinkkanen in Tampa, Florida, and together they shared over four decades of companionship and love.
Yvonne is survived by her loving husband, Darrell Hinkkanen of The Villages, Florida; her daughter, Julie Moreton of Llansantffraid, Wales, UK; her son, Kevin Watkins, and daughter-in-law, Rachel, of Halesowen, UK; granddaughter Georgina Moreton of Liverpool, UK; grandson Luke Jones of Llansantffraid, Wales, UK; and grandson Clayton Watkins of Welshpool, UK. She is also remembered fondly by her dear friend Clair Slater of Welshpool, UK, and many other extended family members and friends who were touched by her warmth and kindness.
Yvonne will be remembered for the many memories she helped create, the strength she showed throughout her life, and the love she gave so freely. Her presence was a blessing to all who knew her, and her family will carry her memory with them always.
