To the Editor:
Absolutely let the Developer handle the age-restriction issues. It’s their rule and they should enforce it strongly. They made the rule and it’s a contract between the buyers and the Developer. Don’t dump it on the CDDs. We can be compassionate under critical situations. but we should get what we agreed to. Don’t dump lawsuit enforcement on the buyers through the CDDs, too.
