To the Editor:
I think that the Developer should continue with his responsibility to enforce age restrictions in The Villages. Why should the CDDs take this over and how is this to our advantage? It seems that if there is no money to be made and it costs the Developer money to maintain, then he wants to pass it all off onto the CDDs and ultimately the residents to pay for it.
