An unlicensed driver from Guatemala was arrested after being stopped for speeding in a school zone outside Belleview Middle School.
A deputy observed 21-year-old Narlin Esthefany Lucero Arevalo of Summerfield in a silver Nissan Xterra at Belleview Middle School, 10500 SE 36th Ave., Belleview, around 3:40 p.m. Monday, according to an arrest report from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office. At the time, the reduced speed limit signs were flashing, making the road a 20-mph zone.
