The Visual Arts Association is preparing for the Fall Art Show set for Saturday, Oct. 11 at the Rohan Recreation Center. The event will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
There will be more than 65 artists exhibiting two and three dimensional original pieces which will be a wonderful addition to your home and will certainly put a smile on anyone who receives these creations as gifts.
“The VAA is proud to always support scholarships for graduating high school students that pursue art careers,” said VAA member Jo Magram.
There will be a Pumpkin Patch in the lobby with original creations of everlasting Holiday theme sculptures for purchase. There will also will be a scholarship refreshment table in the art room.
“All proceeds from the Pumpkin Patch and the refreshments will support these scholarships. We hope you will come out to enjoy the wonderful artwork and support your local talent,” Magram said.
