Two more restaurants will be coming to the new Publix-anchored shopping plaza in Middleton.
China Taste and Jersey Mike’s Subs have signed leases for the new shopping plaza to be built in the family area of The Villages near The Villages Charter School campus.
Last month, it was announced that a new 52,100-square-foot Publix grocery store is expected to open in early 2027 in the new Middleton shopping plaza.
The Middleton community will ultimately encompass 2,480 acres and include more than 8,000 homes.
