Two Christmas tree-lighting events will take place Saturday night in The Villages.
The first tree-lighting events of the season will take place Saturday at Spanish Springs Town Square and Brownwood Paddock Square.
Festitives at both squares will feature holiday lights, live music, food, crafts, and visits with Santa. Sing-a-longs and the countdown to the tree lightings will begin at 8 p.m. at both squares.
The final tree-lighting event will take place on Saturday, Dec. 6 at Lake Sumter Landing.
