Another Middleton homeowner is in trouble over dead grass.

Kaitlyn Walker who owns the home at 2591 Skoblicki St. in the family community near The Villages Charter School was found in violation of the deed compliance standard this past week in a hearing before a special master at the District Office at Brownwood.

A complaint was received July 7 regarding dead and missing grass at the home. Community Standards reached out to Walker who said she was “working on the issue,” according to testimony presented at the hearing. A second complaint was received Nov. 12 about the property due to dead and missing grass.
