To the Editor:
Who is paying back the $360 million in fraud stolen from Medicare by The Villages Health? Is the new owner (Humana) liable? Is the Developer of The Villages liable? Has the bankruptcy court assigned the debt to some entity or are we the taxpayers on the hook? Does anyone know the answer?
