Dog owners are flagrantly violating the rules

To the Editor:

I agree with the fact that people are walking their dogs on the Black Lake Walking Path even though the sign says “No Dogs Allowed.” When you bring it to their attention, they give the finger sign or tell you to mind your business.

No one comes out when you report the problem.

I guess you’ll be replacing the black top again!
