To the Editor:
Anonymous complaints are a farce. People with dislike for an individual or couple make it their job to harass them through the anonymous complaint system.
The system encourages people to harass their neighbors.
By making a complainant give their name, lot number and phone number, it will decrease the number of complaints dramatically, and hopefully keep neighbors from fighting each other.
