A home in the Morse’s family compound along County Road 466 has just been purchased by a Villages couple for $2.1 million.
The 0.9-acre parcel located at 2765 Saddlebrook Circle in Glen Hollow Farms was sold by Thomas and Tamara Chapin to Ian Hubbard and Viola Pike for $2,100,000 on February 4. Hubbard and Pike previously lived on Krietemeyer Path in the Villages of Fruitland Park.
Although the deed was recorded by the Sumter County Clerk of Courts on February 4, the document itself cites the date of the official sale as January 28, 2026.
According to Sumter County Property Appraiser records, the newly acquired property features a 4,028-square-foot home with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.
The property, which is situated next to another owned by Michael and Janet West, was long owned by Collete and Rick Murray. After Mrs. Murray’s death in 2022, her daughter, inherited her home. She eventually sold the property in June 2023 for $1.475 million to the Chapins.
The most recent sale in Glen Hollow Farms marks another large transaction in the coveted community, much of which is still owned by Jennifer Parr.
In 2020, Parr’s daughter, Paige Boone, sold her home in the compound at 2756 Livery Lane after her divorce from Ryan McCabe. Brian Sellers of The Villages Commercial Property Management team and his wife, Andrea, bought the home for $1.4 million at the time. The Sellers sold that property in November 2023 to Bryn and Lindsey Blaise, who is the daughter of Tracy Morse, for $2.35 million.
Glen Hollow Farms is also home to Dale Borrowman, who owns The Villages Technology Services Group, Michael Pape, who owns a planning and architectural firm that has been an integral part of The Villages design team for nearly four decades, and Bob Boyd, who has been part of The Villages Sales Team since 1992.
