Villager urges his CDD board to take action in name of safety

To the Editor:

I appreciate having the RPMs on the paths.  They make night driving safer and wish District 3, my District, would reconsider their position.  If they believe they are unsafe for cyclists, then consider reflective lining stripes, BUT DO SOMETHING, to increase safety.
