A sex offender has taken up temporary residence in The Villages.
Nelson Martin Prieto, 57, of Homestead, registered a temporary address this past week at 1487 Rosedale Way in the Rosedale Villas in the Village of Duval, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
He was convicted in 2009 of lewd or lascivious exhibition with a victim under the age of 16 in Miami-Dade County.
He is driving a blue 2014 Chevrolet Equinox with license plate number DJ79NV.
