It seems odd that a Bible-preaching minister, Rev. Harsh, would condemn a lifestyle that is kind and loving. Why should he determine who can, or can’t, love whom?
Homosexuality has been around since the beginning of human existence. It is not just a “lifestyle” it is an inborn, natural existence for about 10% of the population.
What part of being a gay man or lesbian is so objectionable? Why is their love together any different than that of a heterosexual couple?
Christian responses are biased, unfounded and very hurtful. Unless someone is breaking the law, committing a crime, or harming children, they should not be accused of sinful, unacceptable behavior.
This unfair, biased and misinformed Christian doctrine and rhetoric is exactly why I left the Baptist church 40 years ago.
