Born in Providence, RI and passed comfortably in the hospital surrounded by her family.
She is survived by her sons, Virgil Gieck Jr., Vincent Gieck, Joseph Gieck & daughter, Vera-Marie Foster and many grandchildren & great grandchildren.
She was preceded by her son Robert Gieck.
She worked at CCRI in the computer department her whole career then retired to The Villages 21 years ago. She ran Operation Shoebox for many years in The Villages. She was an avid poker player, loved and respected by all. She was a devoted Christian.
