To the Editor:
President Trump plans to attend Game 3 on Monday in New York and possibly Game 4. Fans have already advance purchased very expensive tickets and are worried:
1. Warning to prepare for “extraordinary security measures” which will involve hundreds of Secret Service agents and thousands of NY Police Department officers.
2. Knicks’ official announced that “a strict no-bag policy will be in effect” and “enhanced security measures” including “TSA-style screening procedures.”
3. Arrive at least minimum two hours before the game starts and “there will be no storage available.”
Certainly Trump has right to attend. But if you were president would you do it knowing all the security measures that need to be implemented for fans who bought tickets before knowing what was going to happen?
