Richard Patrick Jarus, 61, passed away on June 17, 2026 in Summerfield Fl. Rich was born in Cleveland, Ohio to Richard P. Jarus Sr. & Donetta Jane Nesta on October, 4th 1964. He went to high school at Garfield Heights and graduated in 1982. He went on to earn an AA Degree.
He worked as the Director of plant operations for Avante for 3 years and 11 months.
His Godchildren were his heart, Adaline & Atlas. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, taking care of animals and spending time with family.
Rich loved relaxing watching movies & spending time with family – He loved playing with his God daughter Adaline Grace, he loved watching his God son Atlas growing up & playing with him, taking care of the dogs & doing whatever he could do to help someone. Rich enjoyed hanging out with his brother in law Terry. Richard worked very hard at his job – He was the kind of man that Would Not Say No… He loved his wife Sue Jarus & making sure she was taken care of.
He is preceded in death by his father, Richard Patrick Jarus Sr.
Rich is survived by his spouse, Sue Jarus, of Summerfield, Sons; Richard P. Jarus III, Vincent Jarus & his wife Alexis, Mother; Donetta Jane Nesta, Sister; Donette Jarus & her wife Doreen, Rachelle Grier & her husband Rocky, Brothers; Michael Jarus & his wife Cindy, David Jarus & his wife Lisa, Three grandchildren, God children; Adaline Hinds, Atlas Hinds, Nephew; Travis Hinds & his wife Shannon, Along with 17 nieces & nephews and 13 great nieces & nephews.
The Memorial Service is being held on July 5th, 4:30 PM, at New Life Pentecostal Church of Ocala; 5300 E. Silver Springs Blvd. Unit J, Silver Springs, FL 34488
