According to the arrest affidavit, the boyfriend had gone to Feagin’s residence on SE 136th Street to exchange belongings due to a “rocky” patch in their year-long, on-and-off relationship. During the visit, an argument broke out.

Feagin allegedly became upset and retrieved a large black pole from his truck, threatening to go to his house and break his windows. After a brief struggle over the pole, Feagin jumped onto her boyfriend, wrapping herself around him. While her head was positioned at his back, she reportedly bit him five times.

The boyfriend told deputies that during the altercation, Feagin shouted that she didn’t like him and told him to “die.”

When deputies arrived to investigate, they observed significant injuries on the boyfriend, including a large, round red lump on his back consistent with the shape of a mouth, as well as several tears in the skin that resembled bite marks. He also showed deputies a bite mark on his right shoulder where the skin had been peeled back.

Feagin had initially fled the scene but was arrested later that night after deputies received a tip that she had returned to the residence. After being read her Miranda warning, Feagin claimed she didn’t remember the incident, though she did tell deputies that her boyfriend had cheated on her.

Feagin was booked into the Marion County Jail. She was being held on $1,000 bond.
