A Soulliere Villas resident has been appointed to the Community Development District 4 Board of Supervisors.
Charles Bestor was appointed Friday to fill the vacancy created by the recent resignation of Supervisor Cary Sternberg, who has moved out of CDD 4.
Bestor got high marks for his faithful attendance for years at CDD 4 board meetings, including workshops.
Bestor has lived in The Villages for seven years. He is a CPR instructor for the Community Emergency Response Team.
