To the Editor:
I am so confused. Republicans were always the fiscal conservative, no-taxes party. Yet, today the news broke that the debt has now reached $39.5 trillion and our current president is responsible for 28% of that total. What did we get for that huge increase in the national debt?

An unwanted and unsupported war in Iran threatening the global economy

Raging inflation and stagnant wages

Sky-high gas prices

Unaffordable housing and foreclosures 30% higher than two years ago

Blatant corruption by our president and his cronies

Millions of Americans kicked off health insurance

Americans killed in our streets by masked thugs calling themselves ICE

School kids going hungry
But thank goodness Trump has made $2 billion and is busy making America great again.
