Is a drop off considered Bad Parking?

To the Editor:

I get a little frustrated when I see photos of people obviously being dropped off or picked up. Bad Parking is never acceptable, of course, but a drop off? Some people have too much time on their hands!
And some of us are not as spry as others and appreciate being dropped off and picked up. “Florida’s Friendliest Hometown?” Makes me wonder!
