A Summerfield woman has been jailed without bond following accusations of a relentless campaign of harassment against her neighbors that generated 130 calls for police service.
Annette Marie Krupnicka, 61, was arrested Monday on a felony charge of aggravated stalking. She wa being held at the Marion County Jail.

The neighborhood in question is located off County Road 42, not far from the site of the new Walmart near the Phillips Villas in The Villages. According to an arrest affidavit from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, deputies have been dealing with an escalating conflict between Krupnicka and her neighbors at two adjacent residences since October.
Investigators noted that Krupnicka had begun to “weaponize” calls for service, frequently contacting law enforcement to report her neighbors for alleged infractions that deputies later determined were fabricated.
“After looking at historical incidents… there has become a clear pattern that has emerged mainly involving the defendant and the victims,” the reporting deputy wrote in the affidavit.
The situation recently escalated beyond verbal disputes. On June 22, a neighbor reported that Krupnicka was walking around her property holding a kitchen knife and threatened him, stating, “I’m going to gut you like a fish.” Other incidents included Krupnicka allegedly filming neighbors to provoke them, trespassing on their lawns, and using racial slurs against children playing in the street.
The victims told deputies they feared for their safety and were unsure if it was safe to let their children play outside unattended.
Krupnicka is no stranger to law enforcement. In July 2025, she was arrested after she allegedly grabbed a crowbar and attempted to bust into her ex-boyfriend’s home.
Deputies noted that the recent string of hostile encounters showed no signs of de-escalation, leading to the decision to arrest Krupnicka for aggravated stalking.
