Karen Erickson, of the Village of Pinellas, is attending the Hero World Challenge PGA golf tournament at Albany in the Bahamas.
She met top pro Jordan Spieth before his round Thursday.
Her fiancé, George Briggs, also of the Village of Pinellas, is volunteering as a marshal in the tournament for the second time.
She also met Matt Kuchar and Henrick Stenson.
“We are having a blast!” Briggs said.
