The music was shut down Wednesday night at Lake Sumter Landing after a performer suffered a medical episode.
The Village Entertainment Department announced that the entertainment was ending at the Pavilion due to the emergency.
The scheduled performer was Hacksaw Hamlin. The act frequently performs in The Villages as well as at Disney Springs and Seaworld.
