The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a single-car accident which occurred in Volusia County.
A passerby noticed a car upside down in a water-filled ditch at approximately 1 p.m. Saturday.
The body of 26-year-old Nicholas Webb of Deland was recovered from the vehicle. Troopers suspect the accident occurred during the overnight hours. The crash remains under investigation.
