Belleview man charged in alleged incident at church daycare

Nathan Michael Hubbard, 19, of Belleview has been charged with lewd and lascivious molestation, according to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
He was arrested at 12:45 p.m. Thursday at his home. The incident happened at Hubbard’s place of
employment which is a church daycare.
Hubbard told detectives he was sitting in the room where the child was sleeping, according to the sheriff’s office.
Officers said Hubbard admitted to detectives he woke the child up and that is when the inappropriate contact happened. Hubbard is in the Marion County Jail with his bond amount at $15,000.
