Lake County teachers will be getting a raise.
The Lake County School Board on Monday approved an agreement with the Lake County Education Association that will provide for raises of $1,500 to $6,850 for current teachers. The raises are dependent on years of experience.
The starting salary for Lake County teachers will now be $37,150. The maximum salary will be $56,550.
