The Wildwood City Commission will meet in Special Session at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 7 in the City Hall Commission Chamber.
Items on the agenda include:
• O2014-05: An Ordinance of the City of Wildwood, Florida; amending Section 3, Paragraph G of Ordinance O2013-37; and providing for an effective date. This is a First Amendment to Lakeside Landings PD Agreement. The Amendment will clarify a discrepancy in the setbacks for corner lots within the Lakeside Landings development.
• Workshop/Discussion Proposed Landstone Agreement.
• Long term Strategic Planning Workshop/Discussion.
