Justin Kane Wachter, 20, of Summerfield was arrested by Lake Lake Police on New Year’s Day and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license revoked for DUI.
He was arrested on County Road 25 and Oak Street in Lady Lake at 9:55 p.m. Jan 1.
He was released from the Lake County Jail after posting $15,500 bond. He has an arraignment date of Jan. 27.
