A Lady Lake man is free on bond following his arrest on three charges of aggravated assault with a firearm.
David C. Polmanteer, 48, of 121 E. Lemon St., is accused of pointing a gun at three people during a dispute.
He posted $21,000 and was released.
Polmanteer was arrested in 2010 on a charge of aggravated battery.
