After months of work, the renovation project at Paradise Park Area A is nearing completion. A grand opening event is scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 23.
Improvements include new walking paths, enhanced landscaping, new restroom facility and additional golf car parking. Dogs on leashes will be permitted in Paradise Park Area A during a six-month review period.
After six months, the status of allowing dogs on leashes in the park will be reviewed. Lady Lake has a leash law on the books.
