To the Editor:
Please help me to find out who is in charge of maintaining the Paradise Dog Park. More often then not we have to call for doggy bags and trash removal which should not be necessary as they lock and unlock the gate everyday and should be done then. When I called the Rec Center as the sign states about cleaning up the leaves they told me they did not do this !! The leaves make it very hard to find where your dog has gone and more often then not people are giving up the search which makes for a very unhealthy environment for our dogs. The leaves also cover the many roots and when it rains are very slick. Why can they spend so much time and money on the “new walking” park and no time where many take their beloved animals!
