Daniel Walter Golab, 75, passed away Monday, March 31, 2014. Daniel was born in Chicago, Illinois to the late Bernice Cznarski and Walter Golab. He moved to The Villages in 2002 from Barlett, Illinos. Daniel was a very athletic person enjoying swimming, bowling and golf. He was a true family man and was devoted to his lovely wife of 50 years, Diane.
He is survived by his wife Diane Golab; children, Debbie (Donald) Dithmer, Trinity, Florida, David (Mary) Golab, Brookfield, Wisconsin, Dina (Lawrence) Johnson, Carol Stream, Illinois; grandchildren, Christina (Andy) Stenback, Dominick Dithmer, Kathryn Golab, Julie Golab, Lauren Johnson, Carli Johnson; one great granddaughter, Haley Stenback and sister Bernadette Kauffman, Murietta, California.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Marion County.
he family will receive friends from 10 am – 11 am Monday, April 7, 2014 at the funeral home. The funeral service will immediately follow at 11 am with Pastor Norman Lee Shaffer officiating.
