A Villager was not showing a patriotic spirit when he decided to park his golf cart in the handicapped accommodation zone at the Coconut Cove Recreation Center.
Those zones are designated for the handicapped who need a little extra space to swing open doors or roll down ramps. Parking in those zones can make for an unnecessary obstacle for the handicapped.
