Gov. Rick Scott is expected to attend the funeral Thursday for Florida Highway Patrol Trooper Chelsea Richard.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church in Ocala.
FHP has already warned of possible traffic congestion that may be associated with a planned procession.

Richard, 30, was killed Saturday on Interstate 75 south of Ocala while investigating a traffic accident. Two others were killed in that accident, including a member of the sales force of The Villages.
