A Pennsylvania man was arrested on a charge of driving under influence Tuesday night on North Morse Boulevard.
Marc J. Omolecki, 35, of Drums, Pa. was driving without headlights at 10:12 p.m. Tuesday, according to a Sumter County Sheriff’s Office.
He failed to properly perform field sobriety exercises, the report indicated.
He was transported to the Sumter County Detention Center. Once there, a computer check revealed Omolecki had been convicted of DUI in 2001. Therefore, bond was set at $1,000.
