A 19-year-old East Lake Weir woman was ticketed on a charge of failure to yield right of way following an accident at 2:30 p.m. Sunday on Veterans Way and Fennell Boulevard in Lady Lake.
Ariel G. Simmons was attempting to make a left turn onto Fennell Boulevard when her vehicle struck a vehicle driven by Rachelle L. Butler, 51, of Fruitland Park, according to an accident report completed by the Lady Lake Police Department.
