Dog-friendly dining at Square 1 up for consideration Monday night

Wildwood commissioners will consider an ordinance allowing dog-friendly dining on the outdoor patio at Square 1 Burgers at Pinellas Plaza in The Villages.

The ordinance has been drafted at the request of the restaurant.

Square 1 Burgers offers dog-friendly dining, complete with a special menu for canines, at some of its other locations.

The commission meets at 7 p.m Monday at Wildwood City Hall.
