To the Editor:
I was on my morning walk and I witnessed a man with a very large dog put the dog’s excrement in a plastic bag on top of trash receptacle at Duval mail station. I stopped there to have a drink of water and the smell made me gag. This is a huge problem! If you have a large dog, and you don’t want the smell on the walk home, carry a cooler or something of that sort!
