A long line greeted the opening of The Villages Box office Thursday morning as tickets went on sale for the August performances of Forte.
The tickets sold out on the first day they were offered.
Nearly 100 people were in line at the box office at Brownwood Paddock Square when the ticket window opened.
One woman had arrived at 6:30 a.m., eager to purchase her ticket for Forte.
Forte features hometown favorite Fernando Varela who just wrapped up a stunning week of performances at Savannah Center.
Forte, the group which made it to fourth place in last season’s “America’s Got Talent” competition, also includes Sean Panikkar and Josh Page.
