Two juveniles were taken into custody by Marion County sheriff’s deputies Tuesday after they admitted they had entered a carport in Summerfield with the intent of stealing two bicycles.
The juveniles were scared away when confronted by the homeowner at 4400 block of SE 140th Place.
Marion County sheriff’s deputies responded to the scene and transported the pair to the Juvenile Assessment Center.
