Residents will have an opportunity to meet Amenity Authority Committee candidates at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 18 at the Paradise Recreation Center, Charlie Chaplin Room.

The event is being put on by the Lady Lake portion of the Villages Homeowners Association.

The successful candidate will represent residents of  Country Club Hills, Orange Blossom Gardens, Silver Lake, La Zamora, Valle Verde, Mira Mesa, La Reynalda, El Cortez, Del Mar, and Villas of Hacienda, Chula Vista, Courtyard Villas, Vista Sonoma, Spanish Springs Villas, and Vista Lago Villas.

The election will be Nov. 4.

This commission is responsible for the properties that were sold back to residents by the developer in 2007. They are all the recreation centers north of County Road 466, along with the executive golf north of CR 466. The AAC is responsible for the remodeling of the pools and recreation centers north of CR 466.
