A 49-year-old man is being held at the Alachua County Jail, suspected of gunning down a man Friday at an Ocala liquor store.
Police were called at 6:45 p.m. Friday to A & A Discount Beverage at 2331 NW 10th St. in Ocala. Ezekiel Tuggerson, 27, was fatally wounded. He was transported to Munroe Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
A warrant was issued for the arrest of Benson Kinney who was identified through the store’s surveillance video.
Kinney was apprehended Saturday.
