Natalie Raines, 77, passed away, Sunday, November 2, 2014. Natalie was born in Boston, lived in Maryland and moved to Florida in 1984 and settled in The Villages in 2005 with her loving husband and companion of over 50 years, Bob. She was kind, loving, thoughtful and creative. Her outlook on life was always positive. She is known for her Christmas decorations, being a gracious hostess and her willingness to help others. The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 5, 2014 from 2 – 4 p.m., at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Home, The Villages. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, November 6, 2014 at Woodland Cemetery in Port Orange, Florida. Memorial contributions may be made to The American Lung Association and American Heart Association.
