Ann Forrester was named chairwoman of the Amenity Authority Committee on Wednesday morning.
She succeeds John Wilcox who was term limited out of the chairmanship by the rules of the committee. He served two terms as chairman.
Forrester was recently re-elected to the AAC, defeating opponent Marty Rothbard.
AAC member Don Deakin made the nomination which was seconded by AAC member Carl Bell.
Bell has been named vice chairman.
