John Blum has been selected as chairman of Community Development District 2.
He succeeds Bob Gilmartin, who will continue to serve as a supervisor on the board.
Blum is a resident of the Village of Santo Domingo. He is in his second term on CDD 2.
Bryan Lifsey was selected as vice chairman for CDD 2.
