Leilani A. “Loni” Miller, 75, The Villages, FL, beloved wife and mother, died on February 3, 2015 at her home surrounded by her family. Loni was born on May 18, 1939 in Eugene, Oregon. She attended the University of Washington where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. In 1960, she married Lt. Jack Miller, USN, and together had three sons; Jeff, Steve and Rob. Loni dedicated her life to raising her three boys and supporting her husband of 54 years. Loni was a kind and gentle person who enjoyed visiting her six grandchildren, taking cruises and playing golf and bridge with her friends. She will be greatly missed. Loni is survived by her husband, Jack, her sons and their wives (Jeff and Sue, Steve and Kari and Rob and Leslie) and her grandchildren Zachary, Alicia, Kia, Ethan, Haleigh and Spencer. Her memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 8, 2015 at the Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services 1511 Buenos Aires Blvd., The Villages at 1 p.m. Burial in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL will be at a later date.
