Charles Raymond Moore, 89, passed away on Saturday February 21, 2015 in the Villages, FL. Born on September 8, 1925 in Anniston, AL. He served in the Korean War as a sergeant with honorable discharge in 1951. Upon returning from the war, he married Eunice Holley and had three children. He retired from the Navel Hospital in Orlando, FL as the Executive Housekeeper. After retirement he moved to Lady Lake FL. He was a member of the Orange Avenue Church of God and Lady Lake Church of God. Survived by Michael Moore of Alabama, Gary Moore of Lady Lake, FL and Sandy Leggett (Myron) of Lady Lake, FL. A funeral service will be held at Beyers Funeral Home Chapel in Lady Lake, FL on Thursday February 26, 2015 at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Gotha, FL at 2:30 p.m. Visitation will be held from 10 – 11 a.m. prior to the service.
