The Villages Regional Hospital Wound Care & Hyperbaric Center has been recognized by Healogics Inc., the nation’s largest provider of advanced wound care services, with the Center of Distinction Award.
The comprehensive wound center achieved outstanding clinical outcomes for 12 consecutive months, including patient satisfaction over 92 percent, a minimum 91 percent wound healing rate within 30 median days to heal and other quality outcomes.
The Villages Regional Hospital Wound Care & Hyperbaric Center was one of only 172 centers nationwide to achieve this high honor.
